White Xtar® has three 400kg coffee roasters and other types of roasting systems, all of which are independently developed and built by White Xtar® Precision Factory. The annual production capacity of coffee beans reaches 20,000 tons. In the 12th year, the seventh-generation roaster, White Xtar® has been growing, optimizing, and constantly updating iterations in the real market test. Today's three 400kg coffee roasters are the most advanced works of White Xtar®, representing the pinnacle level of domestic roasters.

The miniature baking system model, after several months, appeared at the HOTELEX2023 exhibition. This set of models is the epitome of the core strength of White Dwarf®, which demonstrates the capabilities of White Xtar® to the public in a more intuitive way. Clotho, Lachésis, and Atropos are the three goddesses of fate in Greek mythology. They are in charge of the past, present, and future respectively. They echo the development of White Dwarf®, hence the name of these three roasters.
